Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities: -
Identify training and development needs across departments.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
Conduct soft skills, communication, behavioral, and process-related training.
Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
Coordinate with department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training reports.
Support employee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
Stay updated with modern training methodologies and industry practices.
Key Skills: -
Good knowledge of learning and training methodologies.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Confident public speaking and classroom management.
Qualifications: -
Prior experience in corporate training, preferably in retail/pharma/healthcare, will be preferred.
Salary: 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs
