Job Description
Role Summary:
The Associate Director of Finance assists in managing the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with business goals to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily finance operations

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies

Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations

Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making

Lead, guide, and develop the finance team
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/MBA preferred)

8–12 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and hotel finance operations

Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
