- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT support)
- Support data migration and integration with SAP/third-party systems
- Provide post-go-live support and system maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with SAP support teams
- Prepare functional documentation and user training materials
