About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles, with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills. Experience hiring for the e-learning/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with accurate candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining quality of hire.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for EdTech/E-learning organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
