Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Academic Counsellor for our Calicut branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career options
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
- Explain course details and benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain records of leads and student data
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in counselling or sales
- Strong convincing skills
- Ability to build rapport with students
