Job Title : Manager- Ad Sales

Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with great media brands of Karnataka - Deccan Herald & Prajavani in their Print plus solutions team. As Manager Sales you will be driving revenue growth through integrated solution selling, event sales, sponsorships, and strategic corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate and social events.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
· Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
· Manage event sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
Key Requirements:
· 7-10 years of experience in integrated solutions, event sales, business development, or a similar role.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in print media, radio, or TV industries.
· Knowledge of sponsorship sales and partnerships.
· Strong industry network and existing relationships with corporate clients.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per month
