A premium residential apartment community in Kakkanad, Kochi is looking for an experienced Resident Facility Manager to professionally manage the day-to-day operations of the property. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overall maintenance, administration, resident support, staff supervision, vendor coordination, security oversight, and smooth functioning of the apartment complex. The selected candidate will stay within the property and act as the first point of contact for residents and the Management Committee.
Eligibility:
· Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in facility management, property management, building maintenance, hospitality operations, or community management.
· Diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
· Technical knowledge of MEP, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance will be an added advantage.
· Attractive salary based on experience and suitability; accommodation will be provided as this is a resident position.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
