We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on projects through Upwork, communicating with clients, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Write effective proposals and cover letters.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Generate leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Upwork or online bidding platforms is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
