Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator who understands the pulse of social media—especially Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating content for videos, creatives, and campaigns that elevate brand presence. This role requires both creativity and strategy, ensuring content is engaging, platform-optimized, and aligned with each brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for videos, reels, carousels, and other social formats.
- Work closely with designers and videographers to bring concepts to life.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to create content that performs.
- Understand brand communication and develop content strategies tailored to different industries.
- Lead and collaborate with the content team, ensuring high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and deliver compelling content solutions.
Requirements
- Prior agency experience with a portfolio of diverse client work.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to craft brand-aligned narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Leadership qualities to manage content creation processes and guide the team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Added Advantage: Experience in blog writing and SEO-based content creation.
- Bonus: Experience with basic video editing or design tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
