Job Title: Team Lead – Telecalling Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years (Telecalling/Inside Sales/Real Estate Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecalling executives.
- Allocate daily calling data and monitor team performance.
- Train team members on communication, objection handling, and sales techniques.
- Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and site visit scheduling.
- Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing qualified leads.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- 3–6 years of experience in Telecalling/Inside Sales.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
