Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software development and system configurations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience with configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles as they apply to enterprise software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data security best practices in cloud-based applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
