Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Admin Head** to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, procurement activities, and compliance with administrative policies. Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall office administration and daily operational activities.
* Handle vendor management, negotiations, contracts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
* Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, and facility management services.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative support and operations.
* Monitor office maintenance, infrastructure, assets, and inventory management.
* Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and administrative services.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
* Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
* Oversee travel arrangements, utility services, and office expense management.
* Support senior management in administrative planning and operational improvements.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills

* Sound knowledge of administration, facility management, and office operations.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* Additional certifications in Administration, Facility Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
