- Strong copywriting skills — ability to write engaging captions and hooks
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred
