What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls
- Explain services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records
- Update details in CRM / system
- Achieve daily & monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Who Can Apply?
- 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Freshers or 1–2 years experience
- Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
