Key Responsibilities

Account Lifecycle: Manage new account setups, validate client directives, and maintain accounts, including opening and closing accounts.

Daily Reconciliation: Resolve trade and transaction "breaks" between internal systems and banks or external custodians.

Data Quality: Validate AUM (Assets Under Management), flow, and revenue reporting for monthly and quarterly deliverables.

Communication: Act as a primary liaison between internal teams and HO counterparts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Should be open for rotational shift- may change in every 2 months
1.30 to 10.30 PM IST
4.30 PM to 1.30 AM IST
Qualifications:
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management Operations.

Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of SMA business.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ethical Conduct: Ability to operate ethically and within company policies, demonstrating reliability under deadlines with a consistent focus on accuracy.
