Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Support Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP Store and Purchase (MM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, handling client interactions, and acting as a bridge between business users and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP Store & Purchase (MM) modules
- Understand business requirements and coordinate with the development team for enhancements and issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs
- Manage and track incidents/service requests using ticketing tools
- Ensure proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
- Conduct user training and support during implementation or upgrades
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in ERP support, specifically in Store & Purchase (MM) modules
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and material management workflows
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as JIRA
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects
- Exposure to end-to-end MM process lifecycle
- Immediate availability or short notice period
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
