Role Summary:
The PCG Elite Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth (HNI/UHNI) clients by providing comprehensive wealth management and private banking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Provide investment solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Direct Equity, Alternate Investments, and Lending Solutions.
- Acquire new affluent clients through networking, referrals, and market penetration.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and offer customized wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning strategies.
- Achieve AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with product, research, and investment specialists to deliver holistic solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5–12 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or HNI Relationship Management.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equity, Fixed Income, and Alternate Investments.
- Proven track record in managing HNI portfolios and generating business.
- Excellent client acquisition, relationship management, and advisory skills.
