Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Staffing Business Operations Specialist to support and drive end-to-end staffing operations. The role involves talent acquisition, client acquisition, account management, workforce coordination, and operational excellence within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients, recruiting professionals across various domains, and managing workforce operations to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US staffing requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and staffing needs.
- Reach out to prospective clients through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare staffing proposals, rate negotiations, and service agreements.
- Support contract renewals and account expansion initiatives.
Workforce Management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for consultants and employees.
- Monitor consultant engagement, performance, attendance, and assignment status.
- Ensure timely timesheet collection and approval processes.
- Work closely with payroll, HR, and compliance teams to address workforce-related issues.
- Support employee retention and engagement initiatives.
- Track contract extensions, renewals, and workforce utilization.
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain staffing databases, ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Generate recruitment, sales, and operational performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, client requirements, and internal policies.
- Support audits, documentation management, and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs related to recruitment, client acquisition, revenue generation, and workforce productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in US Staffing, Recruitment Operations, Business Development, or Workforce Management.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Permanent).
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Professional Staffing clients.
- Knowledge of VMS platforms and MSP environments.
- Familiarity with US labor regulations and staffing compliance requirements.
- Experience in client account management and revenue growth initiatives.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
