Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for mobile computers.
- Conduct L3 & L4 level chip-level repairing of mobile computer devices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and hardware-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and service activities.
- Provide basic email-based technical support when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of hardware issues.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: ITI in Electronics or B.Tech in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good written communication skills, particularly for professional email communication.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
Pay: ₹9,660.64 - ₹28,000.00 per month
