Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online research
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations
- Explain Presence1 features and benefits to prospective clients
- Conduct online and in-person product presentations
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline and update lead status regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for successful customer activation
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and social media
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Support
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Google Business Profile, or SaaS products is an added advantage
