Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Customer Calling
- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up on digital leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable EV product information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Sales Support & Conversion
- Explain electric motorcycle features, benefits, pricing, offers, and ownership advantages.
- Generate showroom visits and test ride appointments.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for further support.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
