Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote [Products/Services/Packages] using provided calling scripts.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify sales opportunities, evaluate prospective client needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, handle customer grievances professionally, and provide clear information regarding company offerings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update dynamic customer record databases (CRM) with accurate contact information, call outcomes, and relevant follow-up details.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
