Education: Any Graduate preferably with MBA Marketing.
Experience: 1-2 years ( Freshers can apply for a Trainee Position)

The Inside Sales Specialist position is a single point of contact for Syscraft customers. The primary responsibility includes – Account Management, Lead Generation, Tele calling, Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.
The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned. The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field, sales team and management team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers.
- Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services.
- Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
- Ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
- Fast response to Customer RFP/RFQ.
- Ability to work in a team structure.
- Well Organized reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
