The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues politely and effectively
- Process billing, payments, and prepare invoices
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Office)
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
