Dispatch Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Overview
Sachee Fragrances & Flavours is seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, shipment coordination, and inventory movement. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities-
· Coordinate daily dispatch operations for finished goods and shipments
· Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and delivery challans
· Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and shipment verification
· Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
· Maintain dispatch records, shipment tracking, and inventory movement reports
· Monitor stock dispatches and update ERP or inventory systems
· Resolve delivery-related issues and follow up on pending shipments
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
· Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Stores departments for dispatch planning
Required Qualifications-
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
· 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
· Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory processes
· Familiarity with ERP software and MS Office
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Skills-
· Experience in FMCG, Fragrance, Flavour, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry
· Knowledge of transportation and courier coordination
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Pay: ₹20,083.74 - ₹24,537.82 per month
