Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage social media marketing activities and digital promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support brand-building initiatives to increase market presence and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels is an advantage.
