- Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop and service center operations.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians and monitor productivity.
- Ensure all service work is completed according to Honda and dealership guidelines.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after servicing.
- Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and billing departments.
- Monitor job cards, repair estimates, and service reports for accuracy.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide service status updates to customers.
- Support customer retention through quality service and follow-up activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
