Job Title: Senior PLC Programmer
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Location: Chennai (Based on project requirements, the candidate should be willing to travel to customer sites.)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC control logic for industrial automation systems.
- Design and configure HMI screens for machine/process control and visualization.
- Develop and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and process control.
- Work on automation platforms including:
- Allen Bradley PLC, HMI & SCADA
- Siemens PLC, HMI & SCADA
- Mitsubishi PLC, HMI & SCADA (Mandatory) High Priority
- Understand and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and panel wiring diagrams.
- Support control panel installation, machine wiring verification, and system integration.
- Perform installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of PLC-based systems at customer sites.
- Conduct I/O checking, loop testing, FAT/SAT, and ensure smooth system handover.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning and production support.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support activities when required.
- Coordinate with project, electrical, and service teams for successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- PLC Programming
- HMI Designing
- SCADA Designing
- Installation & Commissioning
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Profinet is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Pay: ₹9,357.53 - ₹60,864.82 per month
