Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance of our Varanasi branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff.
- Drive sales, business development and revenue growth.
- Monitor pickup, delivery, TAT and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Manage collections and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with franchisees, agents and delivery teams.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Achieve branch revenue and business targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in courier is mandatory.
- Strong experience in
- branch operations, sales/business development and team management

- Customer service and escalation-handling experience preferred.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Varanasi market will be an advantage.
