We are a growing real estate company looking for a dynamic, organized, and welcoming Office Assistant / Front Office Executive to manage our office operations in Chackai, Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and provide crucial operational support to our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office & Customer Relations: Greet walk-in clients, handle incoming phone calls, address basic customer inquiries regarding property listings, and route calls to the appropriate sales managers.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, including property brochures, client registration forms, and inventory sketches.
- Daily Office Operations: Manage office utilities, track stationery inventory, and ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and presentable.
- Data Management: Update and maintain the client database (CRM or Excel spreadsheets) with accurate lead information.
- Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate property site visits for the sales team, and follow up with potential clients via email or phone.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
