Job Summary
Kunnil Hypermarket is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Billing Executive / Cashier to manage billing operations and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. The ideal candidate should be accurate, responsible, and capable of handling billing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle billing and cashier operations efficiently and accurately
- Generate invoices and process customer payments through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods
- Ensure proper billing procedures and maintain transaction accuracy
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily sales transactions
- Address customer billing queries professionally
- Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth checkout operations
- Maintain records of billing transactions and reports
- Ensure POS systems are functioning properly and report issues promptly
- Verify product pricing and promotions during billing
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints as per company policy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Support store operations whenever required
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Any degree.
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in billing, cashier, or customer service roles.|
Freshers are also welcome.
