Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executives / Tele-Callers for Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting digital services, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, passionate about sales, and interested in working in the IT and digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Promote website development and digital marketing services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain services including:
- Website Development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & PPC
- Branding & Online Promotion
- Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Follow up with interested clients and close deals
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong and professional client relationships
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing services
- Ability to explain technical services in simple language
- Confident and professional phone communication
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum High School Pass or equivalent
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, website selling, or digital marketing sales is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
