Job description
We are looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented Business Analyst to identify and qualify potential corporate clients across multiple industries. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive online research, identifying funding opportunities, and creating a robust pipeline of companies that may require debt financing, structured finance, project finance, working capital, or other financial solutions.

- Conduct in-depth online research to identify prospective corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a database of mid-sized and large companies across sectors such as:

- EPC Companies
- Chemicals
- Pharmaceuticals

- Food Processing
- Textiles
- Metals & Mining
- Any other sectors with significant financing requirements.
- Research company financials, expansion plans, new projects, debt requirements, acquisitions, and capital expenditure plans.
- Identify key decision-makers such as Promoters, Managing Directors, CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury Heads, and Strategy Heads.
- Collect and verify company information, including contact details, management profiles, funding history, and project details.
- Prepare detailed research reports and qualified lead lists for the business development team.
- Monitor industry news, government announcements, and investment activities to identify companies likely to require financing.
- Maintain CRM/database with updated and accurate information.
- Work closely with senior management to support client acquisition initiatives.

- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate structures and financial statements.
- Ability to gather information from public sources, company websites, annual reports, industry publications, LinkedIn, and business databases.
- High attention to detail and strong data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, corporate databases, or business intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Finance/Marketing), BBA, , CA Inter, CFA (Level I), or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in business research, market research, lead generation, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or B2B sales support.
- Freshers with exceptional research capabilities and strong analytical skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
