Mountain Shadows Resort, Wayanad is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused candidates for the position of GSA – F&B Service. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages as per resort service standards
- Ensure restaurant and service areas are clean and well maintained
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and buffet arrangements
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
- Support banquet and special event operations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or resort F&B service preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Positive attitude and guest service orientation
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
