- Assist in preparation of South Indian dishes such as dosa batter, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and basic curries.
- Support Commi 1, DCDP, and CDP in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow standard recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as per food safety standards.
- Handle basic cutting, chopping, and mise en place activities.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Help in stock rotation (FIFO method) and minimize wastage.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to all SOPs and kitchen policies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
