The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the organization's human resources strategy and operations, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Manage performance management and succession planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Identify training and development needs and oversee learning programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for workforce planning.
- Partner with leadership to support business growth and organizational change.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
