Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales or field marketing experience (freshers may apply if specified).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license (if required).
