- Supervise and manage home nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily nursing schedules and home visits.
- Assess patients' healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of home nursing staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on care outcomes.
- Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and medication management for home care services.
- Handle patient concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in home healthcare services.
