- Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Select and install the required tools, fixtures, and cutting inserts.
- Monitor machine operations and make basic offset adjustments when required.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Record production output and inspection details accurately.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, and quality issues to the Production In-Charge.
- Follow production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Minimize material wastage and handle materials safely.
- Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
- Support continuous improvement activities and assist other production operations when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
