• Troubleshooting o Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, network outages, and performance degradation, in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions. o Plan and execute network infrastructure upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Network Policy and Compliance o Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs, to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats. o Ensure that the organization's network infrastructure adheres to security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Network Monitoring and Optimization o Monitor network performance, identify potential bottlenecks or performance issues, and proactively optimize the network to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, security, and application development, to support their network-related needs and projects. o Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. • Documentation o Maintain detailed documentation of Network configurations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.
