Roles & Responsibilities
● Hands-on execution of ads on Google and Meta. (Facebook/Instagram)
● Planning and running WhatsApp and Email campaigns.
● Analysing ad performance and understanding key metrics, especially on Meta.
● Coordinating budgets, creatives, and campaign timelines.
● Monitoring key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and lead quality, and making data-led optimisations.
Requirements
● Someone with 1–2 years of experience in an agency or brand, ideally having worked on accounts with monthly budgets of ₹30 lakhs or more.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both execution and insights.
● Someone who’s excited to grow and build with us.
● Hands‑on with Google Ads and Meta Ad
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
