Position: Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the electrical component manufacturing and distribution industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical components market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (OEMs, distributors, contractors, panel builders, etc.).
- Promote the company’s product range (cable glands, connectors, wiring accessories, etc.) by understanding customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order execution and payment collection.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to enhance market presence.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and provide regular updates to the management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or related B2B sales preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand electrical components and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
