Job Title: Experienced Optometrist (2-3 Years Min Experience Required)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and confident Optometrist with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience to join our team in Amravati. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing the refraction room and operating advanced diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests independently.
- Accurately handle diagnostic tools (Slit-lamp, Auto-refractometer, Tonometer, A-Scan).
- Handle complex contact lens fittings and custom spectacle prescriptions.
- Conduct pre-operative workups and post-operative follow-ups for surgical patients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) or Diploma in Optometry.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of continuous clinical experience is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is highly preferred for patient interaction.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.
