**Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM | Week Offs: Sunday & Monday**
**What You'll Do**
* As a BDA, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective learners — helping them navigate career decisions and discover how Scaler can accelerate their growth.
* Reach out to prospects and guide them through the current tech landscape and Scaler's offerings
* Understand and qualify learners' career goals with a customer-first mindset
* Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the decision-making journey
* Own daily targets with energy and a results-driven attitude — and exceed them
**Who We're Looking For**
* Age up to 29 years
* 0–2 years of experience — strong freshers are welcome
* Education: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA (UG) or M.Tech / MBA in Marketing & Sales (PG)
* Confident communicator with strong verbal and written English
* Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven setup
* Genuine interest in people, sales, and the EdTech space
**Preferred Backgrounds**
* Experience in EdTech or B2C sales is a plus
* A mix of EdTech and non-EdTech experience is equally valued
* Freshers with demonstrated drive and a growth mindset are strongly encouraged to apply
