Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, vendors, suppliers, and government officials professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Call Handling: Manage the telephone system, screen and forward incoming calls, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Job Seekers & Resume Collection: Receive walk-in candidates or laborers looking for employment, collect their resumes/applications, and hand them over to the HR department.
- Administrative Support: Assist with routine office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, sorting mail, and handling basic data entry in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer applications, especially MS Excel, MS Word, emailing, and Google Drive tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle diverse profiles of people ranging from corporate clients to factory workers with patience and tact.
- Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage phone calls, visitors, and admin work simultaneously.
