Architect – Interior Design Firm
The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, from initial client requirements through design development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualisations in coordination with the design team.
- Select materials, finishes, colours, and design elements.
- Prepare working drawings and detailed design documentation.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Participate in client presentations and design discussions.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Ensure quality, functionality, aesthetics, and timely completion of assigned designs.
Ideal Candidate:
Creative, detail-oriented, good knowledge of interior materials and construction, proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp/3D software, with strong design and client-coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
