The Taste Of Ratlam is a growing vegetarian food outlet in the heart of Vrindavan, known for serving authentic Ratlami Steam Poha, Sev, and traditional breakfast items.
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and responsible Outlet Cleaner (सफाई कर्मचारी) who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities1. Morning Opening Cleaning
- Arrive on time and prepare the outlet before customer service begins.
- Sweep and mop all floors inside and outside the outlet.
- Clean tables, chairs, counters, display areas, and customer seating spaces.
- Ensure the entrance area is clean and welcoming.
- Empty dustbins and replace garbage bags.
2. Customer Area Maintenance
- Keep customer seating and dining areas clean throughout the day.
- Immediately clean tables after customers leave.
- Remove spills, food waste, and litter promptly.
- Ensure the outlet always looks clean, organized, and attractive.
3. Wash Area & Utility Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks, wash areas, and utility spaces.
- Ensure handwash stations remain clean and functional.
- Assist in keeping water storage and cleaning areas hygienic.
4. Kitchen & Food Service Support
- Assist staff in maintaining cleanliness around food preparation areas.
- Help keep service counters clean and organized.
- Ensure utensils and cleaning tools are stored properly after use.
5. Waste Management
- Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Separate wet and dry waste as instructed.
- Ensure dustbins are cleaned regularly.
- Prevent unpleasant odors by maintaining proper waste disposal practices.
6. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Use cleaning materials responsibly and safely.
- Report any maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns to management immediately.
7. End-of-Day Cleaning
- Perform final cleaning of the outlet before completing the shift.
- Clean and arrange tables, chairs, counters, and customer areas.
- Empty all dustbins and ensure the outlet is ready for the next business day.
✅ Requirements
- Basic reading and writing ability preferred.
- Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment.
