Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team members.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple client projects and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with SEO specialists, content writers, designers, developers, and account managers.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Track project performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve team efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Build and improve internal processes, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, service improvements, and innovation.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new strategies, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- 1+ year of experience managing teams or projects.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Content Marketing, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
