Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, investors, channel partners, and visitors at the project sales office. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing visitor interactions, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in creating a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the brand image of the developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Visitor Management
- Welcome prospective customers, channel partners, vendors, and other visitors professionally.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience from arrival until departure.
- Maintain visitor records, walk-in registers, and appointment schedules.
- Guide visitors regarding project details and connect them with the relevant sales representative.
Customer Experience & Hospitality
- Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate refreshments and hospitality arrangements for visitors.
- Maintain the reception area, experience center, sample flats, and meeting rooms in excellent condition.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
Sales Coordination Support
- Coordinate customer site visits and property tours.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling appointments and customer meetings.
- Support marketing events, project launches, exhibitions, and channel partner meets.
- Ensure sales collaterals, brochures, and presentation materials are readily available.
CRM & Administrative Support
- Update customer and visitor information in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly visitor reports.
- Track walk-ins, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor management and customer service.
Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and existing customers.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, site visits, and feedback as directed.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Public Relations, or related field will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Prior experience with a real estate developer, luxury residential projects, or hospitality sector is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
