About the Internship
This internship is ideal for candidates who want strong hands-on experience in recruitment and real-time HR activities. You will closely work with the HR team and learn how hiring actually happens in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively work on end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups
- Assist HR in onboarding support and basic HR documentation
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
